so we have come,
to adore the child in the manger,
to welcome you, Jesus, into our lives.
Lord Jesus, you came to walk with us
a fellow pilgrim with the human family.
At the start of this Jubilee Year
fill our hearts with renewed hope,
and strengthen us to journey in your ways
of mercy, peace and compassion.
Amen.
